Fall is my Favorite and I Have a New Title

It's finally, finally here! Fall, y'all!
October is officially my favorite month, but it's only because it brings the first cool snap here in Texas...and pumpkins. I love pumpkins. This year our cold front came a little later than in the past, but I'm not complaining--anymore. Temps are in the 60's and my heart is doing a little song and dance, thanking my lucky stars that triple digit heat is gone, at least for now.
A lot has been going on these last few months. School started back, which means I have more time for uninterrupted writing, and I finished my 3rd manuscript. Did you hear that?? I have a whole 'nuther book finished!!
It's a little different that my previous books, and by a little, I mean a lot. This book has romance (I couldn't write one that didn't) but it's not what the whole story is about. In a nutshell, it's a paranormal mystery that straddles the line of horror. Not usually my thing if I'm being honest, and believe it or not, it wasn't my intent when I started writing. However, it is how it developed, and I am so glad it did. I really had to stretch my wings here, and I hope I managed it.
I have a title, you want to hear it???
Of course you do!!
Project Three is now named:
THE GHOST OF TILLEY LAYNE
I think it really plays well with the plot because it isn't JUST a ghost story. There is so much more, and figurative ghosts (as well as literal) play quite a big role in it.
I am still in the editing stages, but it will be a shiny story here before I know it. I'm thinking December. At least that's my goal!
I hope you all are having a fantastic fall! Any good holiday reads you have your eyes on? I love anything that puts me in a festive mood, so bring on your Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Christmas stories you recommend!
