Okay, enough with all of that. Let's talk books, as in books I've read recently and enjoyed.
Caraval by Stephanie Garber - If you love magic but don't like high fantasy, this is the book for you. It's amaze-balls. And I said it once already, but I'll say it again: THAT KISS! Caraval has one of the best first kisses I've read since reading Hopeless by Colleen Hoover.
The Chemist by Stephenie Meyer - I really, really liked this book. It's an adult thriller with romantic elements, and it was a page-turner. If you like government conspiracies, secret agencies, and chicks that can kill you before you can blink, then pick this one up.
The Last Harvest by Kim Liggett - One of my new favorite authors. Like young adult? Like horror stories, cults, and small towns? If so, then this is for you. There's some creepy, messed up stuff in this book, but it's definitely worth the read.
Branded by Candace Havens - Like hunky cowboys and steamy sex scenes? Then pick this one up. I love a quick and dirty read, and this one didn't disappoint.
Let me know in the comments what you're reading.
